Integral Leadership Programme
When looking to create a common language amongst leaders or if there is a need for a critical mass of leaders to drive and sustain change, the principles of personal leadership can be applied very effectively. This is achieved with the Integral Leadership Programme, which is delivered exclusively for an organisation.
The length, style and format of the programme are very similar to PLP, however there are two key distinctions:-
- More focus can be put on executive team development and effectiveness
- More emphasis on collective responsibility and what can be done to change leadership practice within an organisation e.g. meetings effectiveness.
This programme enables personal leadership to achieve more momentum for change and improvement in any single organisation.
